Originally the site of a single family home in the ever popular Lincoln Park area, the existing residence was raised to construct this luxurious 4-unit condominium. After the land was purchased, the development team worked to revise zoning from single family to multi unit. Each unit varies in size from a 1,500 SF unit to a 2,200 SF duplex. The building includes a garage with a roof top deck and several private balconies. New utilities were brought to the site which included new sewer and water service. The team worked with John Hannah, the architect in conjunction with the Planning Commission and neighborhood groups in order to complete the site plan and finalize design and construction drawings. The spectacular interior design package offered large kitchens with breakfast bar and pantries, oak floors, and open living areas that included a fireplace and separate dining areas. Each unit was also wired for state of the art sound and security systems.
