Mondial, River West’s newest luxury apartment community, offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes. Synergy Construction Group was hired to build out the fitness center and sales office. The scope included the installation of a new spacious bathroom, commercial grade carpet, beautiful custom mill work, staining the existing concrete and a fresh paint.In addition to the finishes, Synergy Construction Group was also responsible for installing new electrical finishes; new HVAC system and custom fit roller shades for privacy. The beautiful sales office and fitness center is sure to lure potential residences.
