Interior Build-Out-540 W Madison, 14th Floor, Chicago

Synergy teamed up with OKW Architects to complete a 50,000 SF office build-out on the 14th floor of 540 W Madison.

The work consisted of updating an existing floor plan to fit the client’s needs, which included changing the furniture layout, installing wifi to tele/data (fiber) and securing floor with new entry suites.
