The facility on 87th Street was the 3rd completed project. The project consisted of fully demolishing the interior existing tenant space in the retail center to build out a community room, exam rooms, nurses station, conference room, activity center, lab and a full dental suite.The scope of work included new plumbing, electric and mechanical upgrades. The areas of focus were the pre finished maple doors, architecturally designed drywall and cedar soffit, wainscot tile in bathrooms and herringbone carpet tile pattern.
