With wainscoting throughout, this transitional style allows for modern finishes with while maintaining Chicago’s traditional brick and limestone façade. A slate roof and copper fascia and to the depth of the outside while Sub Zero, Wolf, and Rohl plumbing fixtures boast with excellence inside. Closed cell spray insulation with a Lochnivar Boiler system maintain an energy efficient heating system providing warmth throughout not only the floors, but towel warmers, and both levels of the garage also.

With Synthetic Grass and a plant watering system, this house is really low maintenance and will be a joy for years to come.
