2011 Historic Preservation Award for Rehabilitation

Synergy Construction Group is pleased to announce that The Oak Park Historic Preservation Commission presented its “2011 Historic Preservation Award for Rehabilitation” to Synergy Construction Group on October 4, 2011. This Award was for interior modification and renovation of an existing storefront within a century old building, converting it into a contemporary bakery. Sugar Fixe Patisserie is located at 119 North Marion Street in Oak Park, IL. This award honors achievement for construction “done with careful attention and respect for the original character of the building and for Oak Park’s architectural heritage”.
