Synergy Construction teamed up with Assemble, LLC and GREC Architects to complete a build-out of a shared office space.
The scope of work consisted of a complete demo of previous framed office space including all walls, ceilings, & flooring. Installation of new framed walls with aluminum framed glass partitions. Finish exposed ceilings with utilities. Finish concrete floors with clear coat epoxy finish. Furnish office spaces, meeting rooms and common areas as well as equipped kitchen with appliances and new cabinets with reclaimed wood finishes.
